Weaving the gathering was a proposal for weaving-talking around gender and transsexuality with women from the Trans Community Network of Bogotá. we weaved the word Mujeres (women) into a wooden structure and recorded the talk on a video. Both pieces were installed on the stage of TEDx Bogotá - Mujeres, inviting people to think on gender constructions and to recognize transgender bodies and experiences in the definitions of women.
